Serve as a core team member and subject matter expert for Capital
One’s ATM and Debit strategy development team. Develop and
implement the strategic direction of ATM services for Capital One.

Acquisitions and Integration:
Led the ATM work stream for various integrations both at Capital
One and at Hibernia National Bank.

Vendor/Supplier Relations:
Responsible for the
relationship with all ATM related service providers. These
providers include 5th /3rd Processing,
eFunds/FIS, Diebold, NCR, Pendum, Dunbar, and ATA Services. Responsibilities involve contract procurement
activities, service levels monitoring and invoice processing.

Disaster Management, Planning and
Testing: Responsible for the development, testing and execution of the
disaster recovery plan for the
Capital One ATM network.
Successful execution of the plan was evident with minimal loss of
assets following Hurricanes Katrina, Rita, Ike, Dolly and Gustav
in recent years.

Recognized by peers as a leader in ATM Operations and Strategy.
Former Board Member with TAG an ATM users group, member of this
group since 1992. Member of ATMia, an international ATM Industry
group and a member of their Government Relations Committee.

Strategic Direction:
In the early 1990’s, played an integral role in successfully
lobbying the Louisiana Legislature to allow the implementation of
a convenience fee (Surcharge) on ATM withdrawal transactions.
This preceded the national surcharge explosion in 1996. The
implementation of these fees led to the rapid, and sustained,
growth of ATM installations outside of branch locations. This
model was particularly successful at locations such as casinos,
hotels and retail stores.

Acquisitions and Integration:
Participated in numerous acquisitions and conversion from both the
retail banking and ATM operations areas. Most notably the
acquisition of Pelican Homestead and the integration of Central
Bank of Monroe.
